By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- “Issue a writ of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 4 to take immediate action for removal of illegal encroachment made by respondent No.5 from government land situated at Khasra No.10/1, 309-310 Khatauni No.98 min khevat No.93 Mouza Bada Tehsildar Nadaun District Hamirpur, H.P.” 2 3. This petition is disposed of with the observation that it is for the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority by filing a fresh complaint against the alleged encroachment carried out by the private respondents and in case any such application or representation is filed, then, the authority may proceed on the basis of the same in accordance with law.
