Sarkar, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent, who submits that the though the case diary was called for in this case, however, in the meanwhile, the charge-sheet has been laid bearing the Charge-sheet No. 418/2025 dated 17.12.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners, namely, (i) Ebrahim Sk. @ Kanchu (ii) Abdul Latif Prodhani (ii) Amina Bibi @ Anna Begum (iv) Sajida Khatun and (v) Nozimon Khatun @ Noziman Bewa, were granted interim bail by this Court by its order dated 09.12.2025 and they have co-operated in the investigation and are ready and willing to cooperate in the trial too. 3. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and have gone through the materials available on record. 4. Since, the charge has been laid and since the petitioners who are on interim bail have co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to the above named petitioners by order dated 09.12.2025 by this Court is hereby made absolute with the condition No. (b) (c) (d) and (e) attached to the said order remaining intact. 5.
