The applicants are seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs. 1,34,036/- (in CA No. 9039/2025), Rs. 17,40,899/- ( in CA No. 9040/2025), Rs. 6,12,644/- ( In CA No. 9041/2025), Rs. 9,70,276/- ( in CA No. 9043/2025), and Rs. 33,57,287/- ( in CA No. 5603/2024), in respective appeals. The learned counsel for the applicants tenders on record a common order dated 25.07.2025, and prays for disbursement of the amount on the ground of parity. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent-acquiring body fairly concedes that identical course can be adopted for disbursement of the amount, as the present appeals are also from the same project and acquisition. 4. In view of the order dated 25.07.2025 passed in similarly situated matters, I partly allowed the applications by permitting the applicants to receive 50% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and further 25% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
