Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher at GSSS Kalhel, District Chamba, stated to be a hard area. Her grievance is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid hard area, she preferred a representation to the respondents on 03.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) seeking transfer to a soft area of her choice, however, the aforesaid representation has not been decided till date. 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct -2- Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of three weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
