2 Hon’ble Shri Justice Arvind Kumar Verma, J Order on Board 05/06/2025 The petitioner has filed the instant petition for the following relief:
“10.1 It is humbly prayed that due to delay in Revaluation of answer sheet to grant permission to appear in exam or Stay the university exam before revaluation of answer sheet of petitioner to grant relief from loss of academic year of last years in carrier. 10.2 Any other relief order or direction which may deem for and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including the cost of the petitioner court may deem fit and proper.”
02. Heard the petitioner in person and learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.
03. Given the instructions of the respondents, this Court would find it difficult to grant relief sought for by the petitioner at this juncture. Moreover, the upcoming examinations are only Supplementary Exams, that is meant for only those candidates who have failed in one or more than one subjects in the Mains Examination. Reserving the right of the petitioner to avail such other remedies available in terms of the instructions given by respondent authorities, the present petition in its present form stands disposed of.
