ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed complaining willful violation of the orders 18.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.42235 of 2015, wherein this Court passed the following order:
"....the proceedings of the 2""' respondent dated 02.04.2010 imposing punishment to the petitioner and the impugned order in G.O.Rt.No.717, dated 11.08.2015 passed by the f‘ respondent confirming the decision of the 2"^ respondent herein are set aside. ” s.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel representing respondents No.2 and 3 has furnished the proceedings of the Assistant Executive Officer (CP & AS), Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam, Tirupati, dated 14.07.2025, which were issued in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, releasing periodical increments in favour of the petitioner as well as fixing the pay in RPS-2010.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, though admitted the issuance of the said proceedings, disputed the amount payable to him.

As the respondents have already revised the pay scale of the petitioner with effect from 01.08.2009 under RPS-2010, in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, this Court is of the opinion that no contempt lies in the present case. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved with the calculations made by the respondents, he has to challenge the same in accordance with law.
4 l/S,J C.C.No.1764 of2025 Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 14.07.2025 as per law. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
