The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that proper instructions were not given during the earlier hearing, and it was informed as if there was only a proposal to include the name of the petitioner in the waiting list, whereas the name of the petitioner has already been included in the waiting list. 3. In light of the above development, wherein the petitioner's name will be considered for compassionate appointment when her turn arises, this contempt petition stands closed.
