Sri Divya 1 to 3. 2. no 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner vide Rc.AI 0/186/08 on the file of respondent No.1 against the order passed by the Mandal Revenue Officer vide Rc.A/881/87 dated 24.08.1987, has not been disposed of so far. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that to the petitioner vide Rc.AI 0/186/08 dated 05.07.2010 notice was issued fixing the date of the personal personal hearing on 26.07.2010, and the petitioner attended hearing. However, the matter was adjourned. Thereafter, issued to the petitioner, and the appeal has not been disposed of to date no further notice was SRS,J W.P.No.17745 of 2025 2 of 4 Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the appeal stands posted on 26.07.20.10 and respondent No.1 will dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible. 5. 6. Given the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing respondent No.1 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner vide Rc.A10/186/08 against the proceedings issued by respondent No.2 vide Rc.A/881/87 dated 24.08.1987, as per law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks from the receipt of a copy of this order.
