Verma, learned Senior Advocate and a trained Mediator as well as the respective counsel for the parties, the parties have compromised the matter and are happily living together since November, 2024 and now there is no dispute of any kind amongst them. 2. The parties are present in person and have jointly represented that since they are living happily together from November, 2024 onwards and have no dispute of any kind 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. ( 2025:HHC:10418 ) 2 amongst themselves, therefore, the ongoing litigation in this Court as well as in the District Court shall be deemed to have been withdrawn and rendered infructuous. 3. Since the parties have compromised the matter and do not want to proceed further with the instant litigation, in view of the compromise arrived at and taken note of by the learned Mediator in the proceedings held on 21.04.2025, therefore, the instant appeal has been rendered infructuous and disposed of accordingly. 4. Proceedings held on 21.04.2025 before the learned Mediator shall form part and parcel of the decree. 5. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
