2. GP FOR SCHOOL EDUCATION The Court made the following Order: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“…..to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the of the 2nd respondent in not considering my representation dt.11.07.2011 for issuance of directions to the 4th Respondent institution for payment of salaries to the Petitioners and other teachers as per rules and regulations guidelines issued by the 1st Respondent vide G.O.M.S.No.1, Education, (P.S.2) Dt.01.01.1994 is illegal, arbitrary, irrational and violative of

provisions of Andhra Pradesh Secondary Education code and violative of G.O.M.S.No.1, Education, (P.S.2) Dt.01.01.1994, rules framed there under and offends articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to hike salaries as per the G.O.M.S.No.1, Education, (P.S.2) Dt.01.01.1994….”
2. This Court, vide order, dated 15.06.2012, has directed the respondents to ensure that the petitioners are continued in their posts in the 4th respondent-school, pending further orders. 3. Heard Mr.Mangena Sree Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education, for respondent Nos.1 to 3 as well as Mr.Kambhampati Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the 4th respondent. 4. On hearing, learned counsel for the 4th respondent furnished a copy of proceedings issued by District School Educational Officer, East Godavari, Rajamahendravaram vide Rc.No.465/A1/2025, dated 06.03.2025 and submits that the petitioners have resigned and left the school viz., the 1st petitioner left the school on 31.05.2014, the 2nd petitioner left the school on 23.04.2012, the 3rd petitioner left the school on 23.04.2012 and the 4th petitioner left the school on 23.04.2012. Therefore, learned counsel submits that by recording the same, the writ petition may be closed. 5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioners does not refute to the above submissions. 3

On considering the submissions of both the learned counsels and upon perusing the entire material on record, this Court is of the opinion that, nothing survives in the present writ petition for any adjudication and the same is liable to be closed. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 8. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed. ________________________ DR. K.
