Learned Additional Advocate General submits that in Paragraph No. 5 and 6 thereof, Collector Southern Zone has been mentioned, whereas, it has to be Collector, Central Zone. He prays that the application be allowed and necessary corrections be carried out in the said judgment to the effect that Southern Zone be substituted by Central Zone, Mandi. Ordered accordingly. This application is disposed of by ordering that let necessary correction be carried out in Judgment dated 19.08.2025 and the word Southern Zone be replaced by the word Central Zone. Rest of the contents of the judgment shall remain same. After carrying out necessary correction, let a fresh order be uploaded on the website. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
