This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4986 of 2025 by this Court by which the petitioner has been granted bail. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in the cause title of the bail petition bearing Cr. Misc. No.4986 of 2025, the address of the petitioner has been mentioned as ‘R/O Vill-Sahadei Bujurg, P.S.-Desari, Dist.- Vaishali’ in place of ‘R/O Vill-Bihjadi, P.S.-Desari (Sahdei Buzurg O.P, Dist.-Vaishali)’. Consequently, the same thing has been incorporated in the cause title of the order dated Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16283 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 2/2 12.02.2025. Thus, the learned counsel seeks modification in the aforesaid order dated 12.02.2025. 4. In such view of the matter, the order dated 12.02.2025 is modified to the extent that in the cause title of the said order, the address of the petitioner be read as ‘R/O Vill- Bihjadi, P.S.-Desari (Sahdei Buzurg O.P, Dist.-Vaishali)’ in place of ‘R/O Vill-Sahadei Bujurg, P.S.-Desari, Dist.-Vaishali’. 5.
