When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, would submit that the subject matter in the present petition is purely civil in nature and the respondent-police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. 3. Sri Rajendra.C, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the un-official respondents herein without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
