This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Sessions Case No.T1/33/2024 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Kokrajhar. 3. All the prosecution witnesses have been examined. Now, the case is pending for examination of defence witness(s). 4. The case is in the last stage of disposal.
