Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the
order that was passed by the Court in the writ petition filed by the petitioners on 20.10.2023 was to consider the case of the petitioner within the time period stipulated therein, in light of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 8100 of 2023, titled as Megh Singh Chauhan and others vs. State of H.P. and another, by way of a speaking order. He further submits that whereas such like orders stand passed in cases of persons similarly situated as the petitioners but the order passed this Court is not being implemented without any cogent reason as far as the petitioners are concerned, as no decision in terms of the order passed has been taken by the Authorities till date.

Learned Additional Advocate General submits that appropriate orders in terms of the judgment passed by this Court dated 20.10.2023 shall be passed within a period of four weeks from today. His statement is taken on record and these proceedings are closed but with liberty to the petitioner that in case needful is not done within a period of four weeks, he may file appropriate application for revival of these proceedings.
