JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR SHARMA ORDER 28.11.2025 Heard Mr. H.R.A. Choudhury, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. R. Islam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Addl. P.P., Assam appearing for the State. It appears that the petitioners were granted interim pre-arrest bail by this Court vide order dated 22.09.2025. The learned Addl. P.P. submits that Charge-sheet has already been submitted in the case vide Charge-Sheet No.93/25 dated 30.09.2025. Prior to that, pursuant to interim protection granted by this Court, the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and their statements have also been recorded. Therefore, when the charge-sheet was filed they were not shown as absconders. Upon the prayer of learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners, this application is disposed of with the direction that upon committal of the case on receipt of summons the petitioners shall appear before the Trial Court on the date fixed and in case any bail application is moved, the same shall be considered by the Trial Court as per law.
