Session Judge- cum- Special Judge (POCSO), Amingaon, Kamrup, in Special (POCSO) Case No. 01/2022, by which the applicant/appellant has been convicted under section 6 of the POCSO Act. Ms. A. Begum, learned APP, Assam, submits that she has got no objection, if the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the delay of 574 days in filing the connected appeal is condoned.
