The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gawan P.S. Case No. 62/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 304(B), 498(A)/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3 & 4 of the D.P. Act, subsequently Chargesheet has been submitted under Section 304(B) of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Miss Mansi, learned J.M.F.C., Giridih. 3. The petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased namely Indu Devi, who died due to poisoning in her matrimonial home. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the statement of several witnesses have been recorded in the Case Diary, in which they have stated that the petitioner lives in Hyderabad for his livelihood. The deceased was pressurizing the petitioner to take her to Hyderabad and when the petitioner denied, she committed suicide. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Mansi, learned J.M.F.C., Giridih or her successor in connection with Gawan P.S.
