Mr. Kasar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that he has filed a purshis dated 06.12.2024 seeking permission to delete respondent no.1C, 2 and 3 from the array of the respondents in the present civil application. According to him, they are not necessary parties for adjudication of the dispute. He submits that even he would delete them in the second appeal. Considering contents of the purshis dated 6.12.2024 permission is granted to delete respondent no.1C, 2 and 3 at the risk of the applicant/appellant. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. 2. The applicant seeks to condone the delay of 100 days caused in filing the second appeal. 3.
