When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, has requested this Court to pass appropriate orders by giving a direction to the respondent- Police. 5. In that view of the matter, the Writ petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to look into the representation dated 21.08.2020, made by the petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
