This application has been filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraskha Sanhita, 2023, whereby the accused petitioners namely, Manju Sheikh @ Sanse and Hamed Ali Sk., have prayed for bail in connection with Golakganj P.S. Case No. 217/2025 under Section 25(1-A) of Arms Act. 3. The petitioners are stated to have been detained in custody since 03.09.2025. 4. The gist of the allegation in the FIR dated 03.09.2025 was about recovery of country made pistol from the house premises of the accused persons. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not have conscious possession of the alleged pistol. 6. Case diary has been received. The statements of both the accused persons have been recorded. 7. Considering the length of detention, they can be released on bail at this stage, subject to conditions. 8. Accordingly, the accused-petitioners, named above, shall be released on bail in connection with Golakganj P.S. Case No. 217/2025 under Section 25(1-A) of Arms Act, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- each with one suitable surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned concerned court. 9. The direction for bail is further subject to the following conditions: (a) That the petitioners shall be available for trial if one commences; (b) That the petitioners shall not hamper or tamper with evidence; and (c) shall not indulge in any illegal activity. 10. Violation or breach of any condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail. 11. With the above observations, this bail petition stands allowed and disposed of accordingly. Page No.# 3/3 12.
