The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the following prayers :- “It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be allow this petition and set aside/quashed the FIR/Crime No.558/2024, registered at police station Akaltara, District Janjgir- Champa against the petitioner/accused under section 296, 351(2) and 74 of B.N.S. 2023, in the interest of justice.” 3. From perusal of the prayers and pleadings made in the instant petition, it transpires that the petitioner has not challenged the charge-sheet and order taking cognizance and only copy of the charge-sheet has been annexed. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed on this ground alone with liberty to file afresh petition with appropriate prayer, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court and the same shall be transmitted to the Government School for Visual and Hearing Impaired, Tifra, District - Bilaspur (C.G.). 5.
