ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction declaring the final orders vide Rc. No. 27/2017/APE(DWMA)-DWMAKRNL dated 20.04.2018 passed by the 4th respondent in terminating the petitioner from services of Field Assistant of Jillela Village, Gospadu Mandal, Kurnool District without considering the explanation offered by the petitioner and without conducting any enquiry is illegal and arbitrary and also violative of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same and pass…”
2. Heard Sri N.Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing counsel for the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj on behalf of the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner preferred an appeal against the impugned order before the District Collector which was rejected vide Orders dated 05.09.2018, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner in reply, would submit that the petition may be disposed of in the light of the submission made by the learned Standing counsel, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the District Collector rejecting the appeal.

5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the orders passed by the District Collector rejecting the appeal, if so advised. No order as to Costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
