Singh, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Gopal Ji Rai, learned counsel for petitioners has made out a case for interference since by impugned order, during pendency of inquiry against petitioners, their salary have been stopped without any adverse order. 2. Learned Senior Advocate further submits that inquiry can be proceeded in accordance with law and its legal consequence will follow in accordance with law. He also refers that in similar circumstances, in Writ A No. 1499 of 2025 payment of salary was protected, though said writ petition is still pending. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that present writ petition may be disposed of with above observations after giving liberty to State-respondents to continue with inquiry which may be concluded within a short period. 4. Considering aforesaid submissions, impugned orders dated 09.01.2025 and 17.01.2025 are set aside and this writ petition is disposed of. However, State-respondents will be at liberty to conclude the inquiry expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.
