(Presently Confined In District Jail, Alwar). ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through Pp ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Aslam S. 1. These instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 of BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioners. The accused- petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No. 217/2025 registered at Police Station Udhyog Nagar (MIA) District Alwar for the offences under Sections 318(2), 318(4), 319(2), 316(2), 111(2)(b) of BNS and Section 66-D of IT Act. 2. Learned counsels for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is argued
(2 of 2) [CRLMB-8218/2025] that there is nothing on the record to show that petitioners were found to be involved in organized crime. The accused-petitioners are in custody since 04.06.2025 and the trial of the case may take considerable time. The charge-sheet against the accused- petitioners has already been submitted before the concerned court, therefore, considering the above facts, these instant bail applications of the accused-petitioners may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed these bail applications. 4. Heard and perused the material available on the record. 5. Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners and looking to the fact that petitioners are in custody since long and the trial of the case may take considerable time. The charge-sheet has already been submitted before the concerned court, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail. 6. Accordingly, these bail applications under Section 483 of BNSS are allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners
1. Shamsher Son Of Sh. Ruddar, 2.
Rohit @ Teerath S/o Hari Singh, in connection with FIR No.217/2025 registered at Police Station Udhyog Nagar (MIA) District Alwar shall be enlarged on bail provided they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for their appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
