The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dumri P.S. Case No.08 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of Indian Penal Code 2025:JHHC:28550 --2-- A.B.A. No. 5458 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gumla. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegations are made that accused Bikram Kumar Singh, Amit Ram and Raju Sahu being the Computer Operator-cum-Account Assistant under the MGNREGA Scheme in Block Office, Dumri was using digital dongal of Block Programme Officer and Block Development Officer, Dumri to generate FTO and to make payment. He submits that those persons have withdrawn the alleged amount and the petitioner is innocent and all the family members have been made accused. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that there are allegations of defalcation of Rs.16,17,551/- of the Government and the entire family members was involved in the said crime and in view of that the anticipatory may kindly be rejected. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR it transpires that the allegations are there against Bikram Kumar Singh, Amit Ram and Raju Sahu of mis-utilizing the digital dongal of Block Programme Officer and Block Development Officer, Dumri and the account of the petitioners have been used and the entire family members have been made accused. In the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks 2025:JHHC:28550 --3-- A.B.A. No. 5458 of 2025 from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gumla in connection with Dumri P.S.
