ORDER:
Heard Sri P. Jagadish Chandra Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for the respondents. With the consent of both the learned counsel, the matter is being disposed of at the admission stage.
2. Challenging the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.04.2025, that was filed to incorporate the respondent No.4 – Temple, under the provisions of Section 6(a) of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, the instant writ petition is filed.
3. It is contended that the respondent No.2 has not passed any orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.04.2025.
4. Having regard to the submissions made, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.04.2025 in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
