(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court raising a challenge to the orders dated 10.01.2025 (Annexures P-8) passed by the respondents No.4 vide which the petitioners have been relieved/ terminated from service. Learned Counsel for the petitioner(s) seeks withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action, if so advised with better and complete particulars. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent- State has no objection to the same. In view of the aforesaid prayer made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners which is not objected to by the State VISHAL SHARMA Counsel, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with 2025.04.11 11:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-3739-2025 -2- liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action with better and complete particulars.
