The petitioners have filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioners. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble High Court, may kindly be please to issued a writ or writs order or orders to direct the concern respondents authorities to take the needful action against the respondent no.8 to 10, in view of enquiry report dated 31.10.2018, submitted by the respondent no. 6, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, any other relief, this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. Mr. Patel, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that a report was submitted by the Auditor, wherein, it was found that respondents No.8,9 & 10 have committed financial irregularities but till date, no action has been taken. He would pray for a direction to the respondent authorities to take appropriate action pursuant to report dated 31.10.2018. 3. On the other hand, Ms. Thakur, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State would oppose the submissions made by Mr. Patel. 4. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents placed on the record. 3 5. Taking into consideration the fact that the private respondents were working with the Co-operative Societies, action, if any, may be taken by the Registrar (including Joint Registrar & Deputy Registrar) of the Cooperative Societies and this petition against the Cooperative Societies is not maintainable. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to approach the appropriate authorities for redressal of their grievances and if the petitioners make any application/representation before the appropriate authority, it is expected that early decision would be taken by such authority.
