Present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction to the court concerned to release the applicant on the basis of personal bond and two sureties in six criminal cases, which have been registered in Police Station Kairana and Jhinjhana, District Shamli as Case Crime No. 321 of 2024, under Sections 457, 380, 411, I.P.C., Case Crime No. 116 of 2024, under Sections 380, 411, I.P.C., Case Crime No. 121 of 2024, under Sections 380, 411, I.P.C., Case Crime No. 41 of 2024, under Sections 457, 380, 411, I.P.C., Case Crime No. 319 of 2024, under Sections 457, 380, 411, I.P.C. and Case Crime No. 241 of 2024, under Sections 380, 411, I.P.C., on the basis of personal bond and two sureties. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in all the cases the applicant has been granted bail. Applicant is a poor person and is unable to furnish sureties in all the cases. The applicant is languishing in jail since 4.7.2024 and his last bail application has been allowed on 19.9.2024. It is further submitted that all the cases are related to Police Station Kairana and Jhinjhana, District Shamli and in all the cases, the applicant has been implicated on the basis of confessional statement. In view of above facts and circumstances, the concerned magistrate of District Shamli is directed to release the applicant in respective cases, after producing personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of with above observations.
