With the consent of learned counsel appearing for the parties, the matter is heard finally. 2. The petitioners have sought following reliefs in this petition: “10.1) This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2) The Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents to grant service or pay minimum wage and areas of minimum wages in favour the petitioner No.01. 10.3) The Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents to deicide the representations submitted by petitioners in respect of claim of petitioners.” 3. After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioners at some length, I deem it appropriate to direct and accordingly direct the petitioners to make a representation before respondent No.2, i.e., Collector, District Janjgir-Champa and in turn the Collector is directed to consider and decide the representation on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously. 4.
