Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the accused-applicant, namely, Sri Sunil Mishra, praying for bail in connection Page No.# 2/2 with Dillai P.S. Case No. 45/2025 under Sections 21(c)/25 of NDPS Act read with Sections 61(2) / 123 of BNS. 3. The gist of the allegation as alleged in the FIR dated 23.08.2025 is that during naka checking on NH-29 near Lahorijan Forest Beat Office, 4.123 kgs of suspected morphine was recovered from the possession of the accused – applicant. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the Charge-Sheet in the instant case has already been filed. 5. In view of the filing of the Charge-Sheet, the learned counsel appearing for the accused – applicant submits that the accused – applicant should be given liberty to approach the learned Trial Court for appropriate relief. 6. In view of the aforesaid, this bail application is closed with a liberty to the accused – applicant to approach the learned Court for appropriate relief. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
