Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue furnished proceedings dated 16.07.2025(part of the record) addressed by the Tahsildar/5th respondent. On perusal of the said proceedings, it transpires that there is no proposal or attempt to divide the Cart Track public way connecting the agricultural fields in R and B Buffer Zone pertaining to the land situated in R.S.No.32-1 to an extent of Ac.0-78 cents or to provide house site plots under Government Schemes as alleged by the petitioners. 3. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
