GP FOR SERVICES I (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner to attend the interview for the post of Cook, Kamati, Office Subordinate, pursuant to the notification No. 1/2018 dt.7-3-2018 without taking into considering her services as cook from the year, 2009 on contract/outsourcing basis as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to attend the interview by duly considering her past service and consider the candidate of the 2 petitioner for appointment to the post of Cook/Kamati/Office Subordinate.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I would submit that the Respondents-Authorities have complied with the interim order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 dated 02.05.2018. In the light of the compliance of the said order, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Sri G.Satish Babu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
