Choudhury, learned Amicus Curiae for the informant. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Gopal Sonar @ Lorre, who has prayed for bail in connection with Satgaon PS Case No. 153/2025 under Sections 329(4)/117(2)/74/76 BNS, 2023, R/W 10/12 of POCSO Act. 3. The accused was granted interim bail on 25.09.2025 with the observation that the accusations do not per se constitute any offence under 10.12.2025 of the POCSO Act. It may be mentioned herein that in the FIR, it is alleged about some quarrel and hitting on the head with an iron pot leading to injuries. 4. Ms. N. Das, learned Addl. P.P. submits that in the meantime, the case has been charge-sheeted. 5. In view of the completion of the investigation and the nature of the allegations per se do not coming within the ambit of the POCSO Act – the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 25.09.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions that:- (i) the accused person shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence.
