1. Heard Mr. Gurudev I. Sharan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Amit Verma, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the respondent/State.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition and set aside/quash the criminal proceeding which is pending before the learned court of CJM Durg, District Durg in criminal case No.26696/2013 and also acquitted the present petitioners from the alleged charges in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous.
4. Learned State counsel has no objection.
5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
