The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bano (Girda O.P.) P.S. Case No. 10/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 201 & 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Simdega. 3. On 12.03.2024, dead body of an unknown person was recovered from Jamursoya Karwa Kocha forest. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that co-accused Tinku Singh @ Shibu was apprehended and he has implicated the petitioner. It was finally submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered on the pointing out of the petitioner. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and after going through the Case Diary, does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Simdega in connection with Bano (Girda O.P.)
