Barbhuiya, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent who submits that though, the case diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile the charge-sheet has been laid bearing the charge-sheet No. Page No.# 2/2 179/2025 dated 25.12.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court by its order dated 09.12.2025 after getting interim bail by this Court, he has cooperated in the investigation and he has not done anything contrary to that. 3. He further submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to cooperate in the trial and therefore, prays for making the interim bail absolute. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides. 5. Since the charge-sheet has been laid and since there is nothing on record to indicate for the petitioner has misused his liberty while on interim bail. 6. Hence, the interim bail granted to him, by order dated 09.12.2025 is hereby made absolute with a condition that he shall cooperate in trial and shall not directly or indirectly do cause any inducement threat or promise to any of the listed witness in the charge-sheet so as to dissuade them from the deposing before the Trial Court with the above observation. 7.
