Heard Sri H.L.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for Smt. The petitioner on certain allegations against several persons has registered a complaint on 09.04.2025. The submission of the learned counsel for petitioner is that, the crime is not registered despite the complaint making out cognizable offences. 4. In that light, the respondents State shall take action upon the complaint dated 09.04.2025 in terms of the judgment of Apex Court in the case of LALITHA KUMARI VS.
