Baruah, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. 2. CD has been received. It is submitted that as per postmortem report, the Page No.# 2/2 victim had committed suicide. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner had already spent 72 days behind bars whereafter he was granted interim bail by order dated 25.09.2025, and as far as the question of abetment to suicide is concerned, the same will be decided at the Trial and further detention of the petitioner is not necessary. 4. Considering the above, the prayer of bail is allowed. 5. The order of interim bail dated 25.09.2025 is hereby made absolute on the same conditions. 6.
