This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to initiate enquiry against respondent no.5 in relation to the various development works undertaken at Village Iliya, Block Sahabganj, Districtd Chandauli. 2. Instructions have been produced by learned counsel for respondent no.5 inter alia indicating that petitioner no.2 has already filed a complaint under Section 173 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita before the competent court containing similar allegations wherein the proceedings continue to remain pending which aspect has been suppressed by petitioner no.2 in the present petition. 3. Faced with the said submissions, counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the writ petition. 4. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a warning to the petitioners that in case any further attempt is made for suppressing facts from the Court, strict action would be taken against them.
