This Court on 06.10.2016 passed an interim order permitting the Petitioner to participate in the tender even if it does not own a Hot Mix Plant within 70 km distance from the work site. 3. In view of passage of time and changed circumstances, the cause in this Writ Petition does not appear to survive for adjudication. 4. The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
