Even though the respondents have not filed the reply, however, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, matter is heard at this stage.

This writ petition has been filed for grant of following substantive reliefs:-
“A That the writ petition may kindly be allowed and
order dated 10-3-2022 (annexure P-6) may kindly be quashed and set aside. B The respondents may kindly be further directed

- 2 - to fix the revised pay of petitioner under amended rules 7(A) of Himachal Pradesh Service of Pay revision rules 2022. The respondent further direct to fix the revised pay of petitioner Rs 40100 i.e May 2020 after completion of two years regular service of the petitioner and thereafter consequences shall follow. C. The respondents also directed to release the entire emolument /arrears in favour of the petitioner by revising pay under amended rules 7(A) of Himachal Pradesh Service of Pay revision rules 20221 till date the same is not paid.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the reliefs prayed for and the issue involved in the case have already been adjudicated upon in Inder Singh Thakur & Ors Vs. State of H.P. & Ors2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be content if the case of the petitioner is considered by the respondents in light of the aforesaid judgment. Learned Assistant Advocate General has no objection to this prayer.

Having regard to above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is
disposed of by directing the respondents to consider and decided the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid
judgment and pass appropriate orders in accordance with
2 CWP No. 4830 of 2023, decided alongwith connected matter on 07.04.2025.
- 3 - law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The decision so arrived at, shall be communicated to the petitioner.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
