Present Mr.N.Ibotombi, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms.Jinita, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms.Ch.Sundari, learned Government Advocate for respondent No.1, Mr.U.Augusta, learned counsel for respondent No.2, Mr.Sravankumar, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and Mr.Saumitra Singhal, learned counsel for respondent No.4.
The matters are part heard. However, Mr.N.Ibotombi, learned senior counsel for the petitioner hands over a letter dated 3.12.2025 signed by authorised signatory of the petitioner to the colleague of Mr.N.Ibotombi, learned senior counsel directing them to withdraw the WP(C) No.846 of 2024 along with the connected application pending before this Court with liberty to file afresh, if need arises.
Learned counsel for the respondents fairly concedes that the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of instruction given by the authorised signatory of the petitioner.
Letter dated 3.12.2025 is taken on record.
Recording the submissions made at the Bar and in view of the instruction vide letter dated 3.12.2025, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh if so advised.
Misc case are also disposed of. Interim order merged with the final order.
