2. This application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Page No.# 2/3 Suraskha Sanhita, 2023, the accused petitioner namely, Mridul Nath, has prayed for bail in connection with Changsari P.S. Case No. 210/2025 under Section 118(2) of BNS, 2023.
3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been detained in judicial custody since 21.10.2025.
4. It is also submitted that the after investigation has been charge sheeted and the court has also taken the cognizance. The penal provision involved is section 118(2) of BNSS, 2023. The allegation in a gist is about causing grievous hurt with sharp weapon.
5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation has implicated the accused persons and medical report also indicates grievous injuries in the vital part of the body.
6. Considering the completion of investigation and that the case is at the stage of commencement of trial, I deem it fit to grant bail to the petitioner, subject to conditions.
7. Accordingly, the accused-petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail in connection with Changsari P.S. Case No. 210/2025 under Section 118(2) of BNS, 2023, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- with one suitable surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned concerned court.
8. The direction for bail is further subject to the conditions: (a) That the petitioner shall be available during trial; if one commences; (b) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence; and (c) That the petitioner shall not intimidate or harass the informant

9. Violation or breach of any condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail.
10. With the above observations, this bail petition stands allowed and
disposed of accordingly. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
