Farmer's Management of Irrigation System act, 1997 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 8 to restore the hurried canal and resume supply of irrigated water as prayed in my representation dated 05.05.2025 submitted for restoration of the buried North-Side Channel/ irrigation bode and resume water supply to my above said land and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents particularly respondents 2 to 8 to restore the buried North-Side channel/ irrigation bode and supply irrigated water as prayed in my representation dated 05.05.2025 submitted for restoration of the buried North-Side Channel/ irrigation bodeflowing through the eastern side of my lands admeasuring Ac 2.00 Cents and Ac 1.54 Cents, total in an extent of Acre 3.54 Cents in R.S.No; 170-1 & 170-2 respectively situated at Nagavarappadu Village of Gudivada Mandal, Krishna District, which was filled up by the Respondents No.9 to 11 and consequently direct respondents 2 to 8 to resume water supply to my land of Ac 2.00 Cents and Ac 1.54 Cents, total in an extent of Acre 3.54 Cents in R.S.No: 170-1 & 170-2 respectively situated at Nagavarappadu Village of Gudivada Mandal, Krishna District, from the said canal, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1.
