This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely, Mrs. Priya Bansal, apprehending arrest in connection with Bakalia P.S. Case No. 26/2025 registered u/s 120B/370/34 IPC. 3. Case diary as call for has been received. 4. On perusal of the material available, it is submitted by the learned Addl. P.P that the present petitioner has not been specifically implicated. Moreover, it appears that pursuant to notice under Section 41-A(1) Cr.P.C received by the petitioner. She has appeared before the I.O. and she has been interrogated in detail and thereafter, allowed to go. 5. Having regard to the above as well as the fact that the petitioner has been co-operating with the investigation, it is the view of this Court that the privilege of pre-arrest bail may be extended to the present petitioner. 6. Accordingly, it is provided that in the event of her arrest, in connection with the aforesaid case, the accused petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty Thousand) with two sureties of like amount subject to the satisfaction of the arresting authority with following conditions: (i) That the petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation; (ii) That the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person who may be acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade such person from disclosing such facts of the case before the Investigating Officer; Page No.# 3/3 (iii) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 7.
