Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondent nos. 1 & 2; and Mr. S. Jasobanta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 3. [2] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that for redressing the grievances of the petitioner raise in the present writ petition, the petitioner has already approach the Director of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of Manipur (respondent no. 2) by filing representation dated 19.09.2025 and that the said representation is still pending for consideration and disposal. It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner will be satisfied for the time being if the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the LUCY GURUM AYUM Digitally signed by LUCY GURUMAYUM Date: 2025.12.19 15:15:05 +05'30' Page 2 respondent no. 2 to consider the representation dated 19.09.2025 by taking into consideration the order dated 26.02.2024 and corrigendum dated 10.02.2025 issued by the Directorate of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of Manipur and strictly in terms of the applicable rules and to disposed of the same by issuing appropriate order within a stipulated period. [3] Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondent no. 2 fairly submitted that as the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is confine to the consideration and disposal of the representation submitted by him, she has no objection in disposing of this writ petition as prayed for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. [4] Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on examination of the materials available on record, this Court is of the considered view that it will be in the interest of justice to issue the following directions; (I) The Director of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of Manipur is hereby directed to consider the representation dated Page 3 19.09.2025 submitted by the petitioner on its own merit and taking into consideration the order dated 26.02.2024 (At Annexure – A/10) and corrigendum dated 10.02.2025 (at Annexure – A/13) issued by the Directorate of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of Manipur and strictly in terms of the applicable rules and to disposed of the same by issuing appropriate order. (II) The Whole exercise should be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
