Mr. D.K Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge- sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner has received summons from the Ld. Trial Court and the next date is fixed on 03.01.2026. it is submitted that the petitioner shall appear before the Ld. Trial Court and Page No.# 2/2 apply for regular bail. 3. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner shall appear before the Ld. Court below on the next date fixed and in the event of any application for bail being filed, the same shall be considered as per law.
