The prayer in this petition is to direct the respondents to register the Khata in favour of the petitioner. 2. The petitioner contends that she had filed a representation dated 11.08.2020 vide Annexure-H, whereby she had informed the authorities that to an extent of 02 acres in Sy.No.79 had been granted to her in the year 1972 vide LND.SR.1606/1972-73 - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:16451 WP No. 9527 of 2021 dated 20.11.1972 and therefore, her name was required to be entered in the revenue records. 3. Since the petitioner contends that the lands were granted to her and her name is required to be entered in the revenue records and she has also produced the documents to show that a Saguvali Chit had been issued in her favour, it would be appropriate to direct respondent No.4 to consider the request of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 5. In view of the disposal of the petition, the pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
